UTC
Description

An incident is an event that could lead to loss of, or disruption to, an organisation's operations or services. It’s a matter of when, not if, a fault will happen and compromise service to member institutions and end-users. Join us on 7 April 2021 for a webinar titled “Practical guide to running an effective NOC service desk.” In this webinar, we will discuss topics  necessary to run your service desk, including how to measure performance, how to effectively deal with incident management, which tools will aid you, and how to ensure that your member institutions are receiving value.

About the Facilitator:

Caroline Namuddu works as a NOC Engineer at the Research and Education Network for Uganda (RENU). She holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Makerere University and is passionate about networks.
